Hi there, I just wanted to pass on our thoughts and prayers on this day from your northern brothers and sisters...warmest of regards from Canada...Christopher Bassoo

Just a little too raw to listen to today but I will come back and give it proper attention at a later time.

I know that most of the firefighters and policemen who made the sacrifice that day were well aware of how bad it really was.

To know the depth of the danger and to go in anyways is the ultimate in courage. They were heroes.

Thanks for your post. As the son of a FDNY firefighter the support from fellow bloggers means a lot.

Great post!!! keep it up

Your committment to serve touches my heart. May the God of All Creation bless you all in a mighty way.

May the Lord of All Creation bless you all for serving this country and the people with a heart of gold.
